La Buñuelera
(2023, reedited from 2013)
Eating buñuelos is one of the most popular traditions in Valencia, Spain. La Buñuelera celebrates this tradition by enhancing the joy of that moment. It consists of a wooden lid-like element that
fits on top of a ceramic bowl. The former piece is designed to
hold the buñuelos, which are traditional pastries with a hole in
the middle. The latter serves to contain the hot chocolate, which
is the usual beverage for the occasion.
La Buñuelera is made by two local artisans with the objective
of promoting crafts and local businesses.
